Parks & Recreation is one of the highest scoring topic areas in our framework. Still, some groups, like individuals with a disability, face special challenges in playground and recreation center accessibility. Additionally, while parks are accessible to New Yorkers’ of every income level, individuals with lower income may have to travel further to access them.
